Jim Dwyer, Senior Associate, joined Sun Capital Partners in 2024. He is responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, deal execution and monitoring portfolio investments. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Jim served as a Senior Associate at Blue Sea Capital in West Palm Beach, where he researched and invested in companies in the industrials and A&D sectors. Jim received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Finance degrees from the University of Florida.
