Alexandra Maisel, Chief Compliance Officer, joined Sun Capital in 2022. At Sun Capital, Alexandra is responsible for global regulatory compliance for Sun Capital’s investment adviser and private equity fund business. Prior to joining Sun Capital, she served as a Capital Markets Attorney on contract with the Blackstone Group. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate, for Wafra Inc. from 2015-2021. Mrs. Maisel received a JD from the Massachusetts School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from American University.
