Fernando Sayeg, Associate, joined Sun Capital Partners in 2024. He is responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, deal execution, and monitoring portfolio investments. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Fernando served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Macquarie Group in New York on their Financial Institutions Group, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions in the Financial Technology, Specialty Finance, and Insurance sectors. Fernando graduated magna cum laude as an honors scholar from the NYU Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Mandarin.
