Adam Cohen, Senior Associate, joined Sun Capital Partners in 2022. He is responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, deal execution and monitoring portfolio investments. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Mr. Cohen served as an Investment Banking Associate at Macquarie Capital in Los Angeles on their Consumer, Gaming and Leisure team, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions in the Gaming industry. Mr. Cohen received an Honours Business Administration degree with distinction from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.
