Mark Romanowski, Senior Associate, joined Sun Capital Partners in 2023. Mark is responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, deal execution and monitoring portfolio investments across the industrials and business services industries. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Mark served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Partners in New York, where he advised industrials companies on mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as a Management Consultant at Sia Partners. Mark received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics from Princeton University where he was a member of the Varsity Soccer team.
