Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions finalized the acquisition of Quebec-based VFG Group, a regional fabricator of architectural, industrial, commercial and custom applications. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
With the completion of this transaction, Trulite will increase its presence in the Canadian market. Additionally, the VFG Group product offering will be complimented to include laminated and Guardian/PPG certified products supported from the Trulite Toronto Super Center.
