Kelli Turner, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, has nearly 25 years of financial and operational experience. She most recently was President and Chief Operating Officer at SESAC, Inc., a music rights licensing company owned by Blackstone’s Core Equity Partners fund. Ms. Turner began at SESAC as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development. She was previously President and Chief Financial Officer of RSL Management Corporation and before that Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., a diversified media and merchandising company. Ms. Turner joined Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. from Time Warner Inc., where she held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations in the Office of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President, Business Development for New Line Cinema after having served as Time Warner Inc.’s Vice President, Investor Relations. Ms. Turner worked in investment banking focusing on mergers and acquisitions for years with positions at Allen & Company and Salomon Smith Barney prior to joining Time Warner Inc. Early in her career, she also gained tax and audit experience as a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP. Ms. Turner received her undergraduate business degree and her law degree from the University of Michigan.
Ms. Turner currently serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the audit committee of DoubleVerify, a leading software platform for digital media measurement and analytics that is publicly-traded on the NYSE.
