Our Team

Jason Fisk, Principal, joined Sun Capital in 2014 and has been financing private equity investments across the consumer, industrial and service sectors for over a decade. Jason currently leads the Transportation & Logistics investment practice and led the firm’s investments in Century Distribution Systems and Total Transportation Services Inc. Since joining the Los Angeles office, he’s also played an active role in the Consumer strategy where he focuses on consumer products, specialty retail and digital commerce, and currently serves on the boards of Mancini’s Sleepworld and Smokey Bones. Previously, Jason was based in the Boca Raton office where he worked on the firm’s investments in Coveris, Vari-form, Bundy Refrigeration, Garden Fresh, Rebecca Taylor and Parker NY.

Prior to joining Sun Capital, Jason was an Associate at Nomura, based in New York, where he advised and structured financings on numerous automotive and industrial transactions. Jason received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and East Asian Studies at Emory University.
