Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, LLC. (“Trulite”), one of North America’s largest architectural glass and aluminum fabricators, today announced it has acquired the U.S. commercial fabrication assets of AGC Glass Company North America, Inc. (“AGC”), a producer, processer and distributer of flat glass for solar applications, construction, automotive, and certain specialized industries. AGC residential assets are not part of the acquisition and will be retained by AGC. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction marks Trulite’s fifth acquisition since April 2011 and second acquisition in the fourth quarter of 2014, making it one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.
