2024 Mid-Year Highlights

In the first half of the year, we continued to execute our buy & build strategy by completing 20 add-on acquisitions to our existing portfolio. We also completed 2 exits and in May signed an agreement to sell a platform that is expected to close in the third quarter.

Additionally, we welcomed our entire US deal team to our Boca Raton office, and we hosted two IT Summits, in Boca Raton and London, where we invited portfolio company IT and Finance executives for a day conference to share best practices in technology and digital transformation.

Finally, we are excited to announce that we are moving our New York City office to a new location by the end of July.
