It was a pleasure to host the outstanding management team from Kovalus Separation Solutions at our Boca Raton office. In a collaborative session with the Sun Capital team, we discussed our shared vision and strategic plan for Kovalus’s future growth.
Kovalus was a corporate carve-out from Koch Industries, Inc. Kovalus was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts with over 700 employees across several global offices and four manufacturing sites. It provides membrane filtration, ion exchange, evaporators, dryers, and proprietary cheesemaking technologies to the industrial, food, beverage, dairy, and other markets.
It was a pleasure to welcome the teams from Platinum Dermatology Partners and Skin & Cancer Associates in celebration of their transformative merger. This merger advances the objectives of both companies by joining forces to create an even greater network of physicians and providers dedicated to practicing exceptional dermatology. The combination increases Platinum’s reach to nearly 400 providers serving patients across over 130 clinics in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, and Texas.
Sun Capital team members were proud to participate in Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County’s inaugural Private Equity Build day.
This significant event brought together five Private Equity firms and seven businesses in the Private Equity ecosystem to build and repair homes in Lake Worth Beach. Our collective efforts were dedicated to promoting affordable housing, with the goal of helping those in need to build a solid foundation for a brighter future. We are grateful to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County for their exceptional organization of this event and their unwavering dedication to providing safe and affordable housing for families in our community.
