Todd A. Buchman
Todd A. Buchman, Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, has been a corporate and securities attorney since 1999. Prior to joining Sun Capital Partners in 2006, Mr. Buchman was an Associate for six years with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Mr. Buchman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law.
